I called the shop about 10 minutes before they were expected to open in hopes of getting a bouquet delivered for a colleague today! I was greeted by Mary, who was very warm and listened carefully to my needs (and sense of urgency!) She asked what product I had in mind, and managed to take that and make the bouquet as beautiful as possible with what she had to ensure the bouquet got delivered today. The order was placed around 10:15am, and by 12pm it was delivered to my colleague. I am amazed and I cannot recommend Mary and the Flamingo shop enough.
